Planning, Listed Building Applications & Advise

At Drysdale Architects we have over 30 years of experience working with various planning authorities accross the south-east obtaining hundereds of successful planning approvals for our clients - with a particular expertise in heritage and listed buildings - where planning approvals can be particularly challenging.

Following the initial design stage we will be able to advise if planning permission is required to make your ideas reality. We will likely create another iteration or two based on client feedback progressing ideas that we all like and adapting or revising certain features. Once we all agree that we are ‘on the same page’, we will freeze the design and draw it up in sufficient detail to submit a planning application and Listed Building Consent (LBC) application as required.
