Drysdale Architects & Surveyors provide measured building surveys to a precise level of detail for all structural and architectural elements. We use High-Definition Laser measures to quickly and accurately measure structural and architectural detail which is then converted into 2D As-built CAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) to assist the design and planning processes. All surveys and drawings are to RICS-grade accuracy and detail ensuring complete reliability for planners and developers across the South East, London and the UK.

Party Wall Matters

If you’re planning to undergo work on a shared wall, structure or boundary, you might need a surveyor to put the right permissions in place. We can advise if this is likely to be required.

As experienced Surveyors, we’re well-versed in providing all the guidance and assistance you need to complete works to a shared party wall or to excavate nearby – and all without upsetting the neighbours. We can identify which properties are in scope of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 - prepare and submit party wall notices where necessary and produce a condition schedule of adjoining properties to protect you from liability on pre-existing defects.
